In our own Hamburg roastery, we have full control over every step of the roasting process. We source our green coffee from sustainable farms and fair-trade suppliers, prioritizing quality and taking the time to get every roast just right. The result? You can taste it fresh every day at our cafés in Eimsbüttel and Schanze — specialty coffee that's not only vegan, but genuinely great.

Every batch is carefully monitored to bring out the ideal flavor profile — whether that's fruity notes for filter or full intensity for espresso. At our roastery, we work with selected green coffees from sustainable farms and are committed to transparency and quality. We don't just serve our coffee in our own cafés — we also supply other cafés across Hamburg.
